How the money releases

You approve the work. Then we get paid.

The 20% deposit opens the style sample stage. The remaining 80% releases 40/20/20 across the three build milestones, each one only when you approve that milestone's delivered work.

  1. Deposit

Paid to start. Opens the style sample stage and covers the sample itself, with up to two revision rounds. Refundable in full until you approve the sample.

The terms, plainly

Built to be safe to say yes to

The refund story

Your deposit stays refundable in full until you approve the style sample, with up to two revision rounds to get the direction right. Approval locks the deposit and starts the 7 day build clock. That sample gate is the only refund path: there is no blanket miss-the-date refund, and approved work is never refundable.

The 14 day rule

Every pending approval shows a visible countdown. Delivered work left unreviewed for 14 days auto-approves and its payment releases. You are never stuck waiting on us, and we are never held hostage waiting on you.

Settled means settled

Approved work is final. Anything beyond the locked checklist is welcome as new scope with its own price and date, never a silent edit to this one.

The record behind the date
