Draft Labs Pte. Ltd. ("Draft Labs", "we", "us") builds and operates its own software products and provides software development services. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

From visitors to draftlabs.org. If you contact us or start a project request, we collect what you choose to give us — typically your name, email address, and the details of your enquiry. Our site collects standard server and analytics data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) to keep the site working and to understand traffic volume.

From users of our products. Where you create an account in one of our products, we collect the email address and account details you provide, and usage data about how the product is used.

From our own employees. Our internal tools authenticate our staff through their company Google accounts. We do not collect personal information from anyone outside Draft Labs through those tools.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, to provide and improve our products and services, to operate and measure our own advertising, to meet legal and accounting obligations, and to keep our systems secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Google user data

We operate internal tools that access Google APIs — specifically the Google Ads API — to manage and report on our own Google Ads accounts. Access is granted by our own employees signing in with their own Google accounts.

Draft Labs' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (opens in a new tab), including the Limited Use requirements. Concretely:

  • We access only advertising performance and campaign configuration data belonging to Google Ads accounts that Draft Labs owns and pays for.
  • That data is used solely for our own internal reporting and campaign management. It is not sold, not transferred to third parties except as required by law, and not used for advertising to any individual.
  • We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalised artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
  • Access tokens are stored on company-controlled machines with restricted file permissions and can be revoked at any time by the employee at myaccount.google.com/permissions (opens in a new tab).

Service providers

We use third-party services to run our business — hosting, database, email, analytics, payment processing and advertising platforms. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and may store it outside Singapore. We share with them only what is needed for them to provide their service.

Retention

We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, and thereafter only where required for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to admin@draftlabs.org and we will respond within a reasonable time, consistent with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.

Children

Our site and products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and material changes will be posted here.
